In nano tech 2012, the 11th International Nanotechnology Exhibition and Conference, thirteen Japanese small and medium enterprises will participate in ‘nano tech Grow Up,’ the oversea marketing support space arranged by the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, Japan (SME Support, Japan).
The conference will be conducted for three days from February 15 to 17, 2012 at Tokyo Big Sight. SME Support, Japan is an independent administrative agency that comes under the control of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. The participants will display highly sophisticated nanotechnology-based products and technologies that are recognized as Japan’s proud power in the world.
Some of the exhibitors have already started the oversea marketing, while others are ready to begin. Majority of the participants have both local and international recognition for their products and technologies. They developed the products even in the difficult period of the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in March 2011 and economic chaos caused by the appreciating yen.
The participants will exhibit selective products and technologies, which are highly competitive even in the worldwide market, including molecular adhesion technology, the first-of-its-kind adhesion concept to form chemical bonding between materials that are inert to each other, and water purifier ‘micro-nano-bubble generator’ that uses natural energy for reducing usual energy consumption.
