Diamond Interaction Cavity The Core of Homogenization Technology

The diamond interaction chamber is a new generation of ultra-high pressure homogenization chamber. It features a modular design, fixed internal shape, no moving parts, and does not require adjustments to the valve clearances like homogenization valves. It has a diverse flow channel design, categorized into two major series: Y-type and Z-type, with multiple aperture sizes to match different homogenization applications. Suitable for applications such as emulsions, liposomes, and solid-liquid suspensions, it can be used in ultra-high pressure homogenizers such as Microfluidics, Avestin, and BEE. Models include: F12Y, F20Y, N40Y, J30Y, J20Y, F20Y-12, F20Y-13, F20-Y-17, H10Z, G10Z, H30Z, E230Z, H230Z.
