Lumera Corporation File for Initial Public Offering - News Item

Lumera Corporation, a majority owned subsidiary of Microvision, Inc., announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock. All the offered shares will be sold by Lumera. The lead manager for the offering will be Paulson Investment Company, Inc., with I-Bankers Securities Incorporated acting as co-manager.
