The nanomaterials industry consistently faces challenges in producing clean, consistent, non-agglomerated, and accurately sized materials. These issues arise with both “top-down” mechanical reduction techniques, like milling, and “bottom-up” chemical colloidal processes, which often introduce toxic additives and contamination, compromising integrity and performance.

This is particularly problematic for precious metals like Gold and Silver, which are used in colloidal products.

As artisans and perfectionists in nanomaterials production, PNC addresses these challenges using proprietary methods that eliminate the need for toxic chemicals, resulting in high-quality, biocompatible materials.

Developing this process took decades of research and refinement, culminating in a nanoscale product that is pure and biocompatible. Our proprietary nanomaterials enhance the surface area, boosting suppression capabilities and neutralizing toxic smoke emissions almost instantly. This clean, biodegradable solution reduces uncertainty in emergency scenarios and is effective even for complex fires, such as lithium-ion battery thermal runaway spontaneous fire events, which give off very toxic gases with complex re-ignition potential, making them one of the most difficult fires to extinguish. PNC can ensure complete extinguishing in a safe, sustainable and economical manner.

PNC operates well within EPA, OSHA, and DOE regulations, focusing on minimizing fossil fuel consumption and eliminating toxic chemicals. We carefully monitor energy usage to ensure efficiency and sustainability.

Unlike other methods that produce toxic byproducts requiring disposal, our clean production process reduces environmental impact while maintaining the highest quality standards. This commitment to sustainability is validated through strict compliance with state and federal regulations.
