New Nanotech LSI Chip Plant For Fujitsu - News Item

Fujitsu Ltd has announced it will build a 160 billion yen plant at its site in Mie Prefecture, Japan to produce logic LSI (large-scale integration) chips.

The new facility is expected to begin production in April 2005 and be fully operational in September 2005. It will use 90 nanometer and 65 nanometer technologies.
