Strasbaugh Receives Order for nTegrity CMP System from U.S. Customer

Strasbaugh (OTC Bulletin Board: STRB) announced today that a U.S. customer has placed an order for an nTegrity (Model 6DS-SP) CMP system. The nTegrity will be used to expand the production capacity of a U.S. fab where multiple nTegrity systems are already installed and in production.

The nTegrity features advanced CMP technologies, including optical endpoint detection and a new generation wafer carrier, which increase process control and improve yield.
