Applied Nanotech Holdings has been selected for the NYC Bright Lights Conference that will be held between May 10 and May 11, at the Le Parker Meridien Hotel, New York City. The conference targets publicly-traded companies with disruptive and market influenced intellectual property (IP).
The company has been selected from MDB's 2011 Best and Brightest small-capital businesses and ranked 90th for its technology from more than 1500 similar businesses with U.S. patents rated by PatentVest, a MDB's in-house IP business intelligence platform.
The company will make its presentations to global IP providers and investors focused on policy making and building strategies for IP commercialization and value development. It will discuss developments and achievements of its pilot production line for non-contact printable metallic inks utilized to manufacture silicon solar cells and carbon nanotube-based composites and materials to enhance the performance of golf clubs and racquets.
Other speakers at the conference will include David Kappos, Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Marshall Phelps, former head of Microsoft IP, John Cronin, former head of IBM's Patent Factory, and Paul Ryan of Acacia Research.
