Nanocopoeia, Inc. a drug delivery company developing a nanotechnology-enabled portfolio of therapeutic products and the Saint Paul College announce the signing of an agreement for access to the college's laboratory space, and SEM analytical testing equipment.
The company will use the facility and the equipment to conduct experimental research enabling scale-up for commercial production of promising nanopharmaceuticals being developed by the company. The Saint Paul College facility allows Nanocopoeia access to research and characterization tools that will support development of therapeutic nanomedicines in a cGMP environment.
"Access to this new laboratory and suite of characterization equipment and tools represent critical components of our strategy to facilitate the development of a quality system to manufacture nanomedicine products in compliance with FDA guidelines and speed the translation from the laboratory to clinical investigation," said Karen Arnold Nanocopeia's Co-founder and CEO.
