The multiple orders comprise a portfolio of the company’s sophisticated products for supporting the complex shrinking geometries and process challenges.
As part of the multiple orders, Nova Measuring Instruments will provide its latest platform models, including the latest version of NovaMARS modeling software and extended capabilities over the current fleet. The instruments will support the production ramp up in various process steps such as etch and CMP. The company plans to ship the instruments during the present and coming quarters.
