Oxford Instruments Omicron NanoScience is delighted to announce the expansion of North American based repair capabilities at its Eden Prairie Service facility in Minnesota. The Eden Prairie Service Center has been providing U.S. based repair and service for scanning probe microscopy, electron spectroscopy and thin film equipment.
The Eden Prairie Center has now been equipped to provide repair service for cryogenic refrigerators and instrumentation as well. In addition we have expanded the service and customer support team throughout the U.S to provide the best customer experience in the industry.
These new capabilities will increase our turnaround speed for repairs and reduce experiment downtime for our customers. This investment demonstrates our commitment to provide world-class customer service and support for our customers in their research and commercial applications.
Niklas Bergvall, Global Service Manager, commented:
“This is an example of how we are continuously working to better the service experience we give to our customers. I am delighted that this capability is now in place and the first repairs of cryogenic refrigerators have already been successfully completed here in North America.”
