Zeox Buys Controlling Interest in Nano Clays

Mr. LuVerne E.W. Hogg, President and CEO of ZEOX Corporation is pleased to announce that the Company has successfully completed its acquisition of 51% of Nano Clays LLC ("NCL"). The business infrastructure of NCL is designed to advance and commercialize various intellectual properties ("IP") that have been transferred by Dr. David J. Chaiko ("Chaiko") to NCL as announced by press release on June 13, 2007.

NCL now holds the exclusive, worldwide rights to various high-tech IP consisting of proprietary and patent pending technology covering Clay/Polymer/Nano-composites, Carbon Nano-Tube/Polymer Nano-Composites, Surfactants and solid-state process technology.

NCL is a limited liability corporation in the State of Arizona and will operate as a 51% subsidiary of ZEOX. Its executive management team includes Mr. Dan Eyde of ZEOX as Managing Executive of NCL and Dr. Chaiko will act as Chief Technology Officer. ZEOX has established infrastructure and laboratory facilities in Tucson, Arizona and will provide ongoing financing to advance the commercial business plans of NCL.

Several of the IP assets are being readied for commercialization. NCL will be immediately engaged in completing the technology requirements for several large customers who wish to utilize the IP in their commercial processes. Although there is no certainty that the IP will in fact be commercially successful with these customers the results to date have been very encouraging.
