Oxford Instruments, a leading provider of high technology tools and systems has just been awarded the BS OHSAS 18001 certification by the certification body, Det Norske Veritas (DNV).
Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology's commitment to health and safety has been officially recognised, meeting the standards set by BS OHSAS 18001:2007 which defines the requirements for establishing, implementing and operating an Occupational Health and Safety Management System. This is a framework that allows an organisation to consistently identify and manage operational risks, reduce the potential for accidents, help achieve compliance with health and safety legislation, and continually improve its performance.
