Asian Integrated Device Maker Orders Camtek’s Wafer Inspection Systems

Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: CAMT) ("Camtek"), announced today that it received follow-on order for multiple wafer inspection systems from a major Asian IDM (Integrated Device Maker). The systems will be installed during the third and fourth quarters of 2010.

The order, totaling over $3 million dollars, includes several systems for 2D & 3D inspection and metrology of bumped wafers.

Mr. Roy Porat, Camtek's General Manager, commented, "Leading IDMs continue to select Camtek's Falcon systems as part of their QA process, to ensure the delivery of top quality products to their end users.
