Nanocyl, world leader in Carbon Nanotubes manufacturing and commercialization, announced today that it will showcase its new range of Carbon Nanotubes masterbatches at the upcoming K Show 2010, held in Düsseldorf from October 27th to November 3rd. Nanocyl will welcome all visitors on its booth D53 in Hall 8B.
Nanocyl stands at a milestone in its development with an increased yearly production capacity of 460 metric tons. In addition to re-discovering the NC7000, the most conductive Carbon Nanotubes available on the market, attendees will get first-hand information about the latest cost-effective formulations developed by Nanocyl.
Featured will be Nanocyl's extended range of cost-efficient PLASTICYL thermoplastic concentrates. This family of versatile CNTs provides either electrical conductivity or ESD protection, and now includes the newest PLASTICYL masterbatches for EVA, POM, TPU, SEBS, and PEEK thermoplastic resins, along with the proven masterbatches for PC, PP, PA, HDPE, LDPE and PBT thermoplastic resins.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to discover Nanocyl's latest offerings for the wires & cables and tubing industries. When incorporated into TPU or HDPE, Nanocyl's NC7000 helps produce more durable materials that have a smoother surface and a greater resistance to chemicals, abrasion and heat. The NC 7000 also offers an outstanding conductivity while integrated into elastomers, and significantly enhances mechanical properties and durability in o-rings, conveyor belts and timing belts.
Roberto Mongiovi, Nanocyl's Global Sales and Marketing Manager for Thermoplastics comments: "Our ground-breaking solutions on display at K 2010 reflect our corporate culture to provide high performance solutions and individual support for our worldwide partners".
He continues: "Industrial applications are evolving rapidly in variety, complexity and cost. As a CNT specialist, we can help the OEMS and compounders successfully develop these new applications. We have the quality products, technical expertise and manufacturing scale to give them the best solution and support that's tailor-made for them".
