Industrial Nanotech’s Patented Technology to be used in a Number of Government and Defense Projects

Industrial Nanotech, Inc., an emerging global leader in nanotechnology based energy saving solutions, today announced a number of government and defense projects that will be utilizing the Company’s patented thermal insulation and protective coatings in the coming year.

These include, but are not limited to, a roof insulation and mold resistance project with one of the largest school districts in the United States, a public works project with a government facility for insulation of both chilled water systems and steam pipes, and a defense project on a military installation to insulate building windows, frames and doors.

“With the unprecedented drive for energy savings and cost cutting by multiple government organizations in the last few years, we have seen a significant increase in projects from municipal and military organizations,” stated Francesca Crolley, VP of Business Development for Industrial Nanotech, Inc. “We have a reputation for providing easy to implement, patented solutions for energy savings and surface protection that have an exceptionally short payback period and which no one else can offer, which is what brings these organizations to us. These projects provide a good snapshot of the scope of our technology for energy savings, mold/algae resistance, and corrosion prevention on buildings and equipment. With these projects we are solving multiple issues - providing a durable, “stay clean” energy saving exterior for roofing, insulating both chilled and steam systems with a coating that prevents rust and stands up to humidity, and offering an effective, spray applied way to increase energy efficiency for buildings. Industrial Nanotech has been promoting our coatings to the government through our membership in the US Federal Contractor Registration, the former USDOE Save Energy Now program, and our work with regional distributors. We expect to see more projects specifying our technology and seeking our unique solutions and we look forward to continuing to help these organizations reduce costs.”

Industrial Nanotech has supplied their insulating and protective coatings to government and defense organizations since 2004, including the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Aviation Museum, City of Rochester New York, City of Miami, U.S. Army, government of Brunei, Bangkok International Airport, and Tampa Port Authority, among others.
