WHO: Kilopass Technology, Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor logic non-volatile memory (NVM) intellectual property (IP).

WHAT: Will demonstrate its NVM IP available on all TSMC process nodes from 180nm to 20nm, and one of the first antifuse technologies to achieve successful test chips on TSMC's 16 nanometer FinFET process. Kilopass will showcase its IP's ultra low-power and high-performance features, fast access speed, megabits of capacity, more than 10 years of data retention and flexible programming options.
