Keithley Instruments and Albany NanoTech Form Partnership - News Item

Electrical test instrument manufacturer, Keithley Instrument Inc., is to provide a semiconductor device characterization system to Albany Nanotech.

The system will be used to make measurements on nanosized devices and is expected to impact numerous research programs at Albany NanoTech and provide Keithley with knowledge that can be applied to other products they develop for the nanotech industry.
