Nuon Looking To Buy Half Of Nanocluster Devices - News Item

Christchurch, New Zealand company Nuon is attempting to buy half of Canterbury University’s Nanocluster Devices. The companies are focussed on developing cutting edge nanotechnology and taking it to market in order to ensure the intellectual property remains in New Zealand.

The commercial arm of the University, Canterprise, has agreed to sell half of Nanocluster if public subscriptions are successful. The $2.75 million bid looks set to proceed, fully subscribed, on Monday.
