$76 million Nanotech and Biotech Expansion For The University of Houston - News Item

The University of Houston has expanded with a $76 million Science and Engineering Research and Classroom Complex. The addition of this Cesar Pelli designed facility to the university’s existing science and engineering network will have a major impact on its academic and research programs for years to come.

Research to be conducted in the facility includes: nano-lithography, materials, bionanotechnology, DNA chips, protein chips, synthetic medicinal chemistry, drug design, and optoelectronics.
