Rite Track, Inc., a leading semiconductor equipment supplier based in West Chester, Ohio announced today that it has signed an agreement to act as the sole distributor for Expertech diffusion furnace products, parts and services in Asia.
Expertech has a long history of providing quality new, remanufactured, or certified used horizontal and vertical furnace systems to the semiconductor industry. More recently, Expertech became the sole authorized, licensed manufacturer for the popular Aviza VTR 6000 and Aviza VTR 7000 series furnace systems. Rite Track plans to manage the complementary diffusion furnace business through its existing manufacturing and distribution center in Singapore. While specific terms of this distributor agreement were not disclosed, it does leave open a path for future expansion to cover other regions.
"Expertech has a great product line-up ranging from SVG to Aviza furnace systems that have been the mainstay of the industry.
