Uson, a company specializing in leak detection equipment, has introduced Uson Optima vT leak and flow tester for manufacturers of nanotech products.
Optima vT leak and flow tester features several built-in automated calculators, fully customizable pneumatics, single or dual test channels with each comprising four sensors, many data storage and handling options, and much more, thus making it suitable for a wide variety of flow testing and leak detection applications.
Uson started research and development for Optima vT in 2009. This multi-function, one or two channel configured leak and flow tester is a result of the company’s extensive experience in flow testing and leak detection applications in automotive, medical and other industrial components testing. The competitively priced equipment uses the novel and flexible two-channel 8-sensor technology.
Optima vT is capable of performing occlusion tests, force decay tests, laminar flow tests, burst tests, pressure rise tests, downstream and upstream cracking pressure, mass flow leak detection that includes differential and back pressure, differential pressure decay leak tests, pressure decay leak tests and vacuum decay tests.
The innovative leak and flow tester features advanced microcontrollers similar to those of most advanced and challenging consumer electronics applications. It can perform concurrent testing on inputs of all sensors. Its built-in automated calculators accelerate data handling and testing. It also features a huge touch screen display with sensitive user interface.
