The Nicomp 380 ZLS Particle Size and Zeta Potential Analyzer from Agilent Technologies

Heather Belfey of Agilent Technologies shows us the Nicomp 380 ZLS which can measure both particle size and zeta potential. Particle size is determined using the dynamic light scattering or DLS technique.

The Nicomp 380 ZLS can cater for both highly conentrated suspensions which can be automatically diluted, as well as extremely small volumes of samples as low as 0.3mL.

This high resolution instrument is typically used for research purposes in academia and industry and find application with inks, drugs, foods, pharmaceuticals etc.
