Former VP Named Chief Science Officer at ICx Technologies

ICx Technologies (NASDAQ: ICXT), a developer of advanced sensor technologies for homeland security, force protection and commercial applications, announced today that Wayne A. Bryden, Ph.D. has been promoted to the position of Chief Science Officer. Dr. Bryden was formerly Vice President for Advanced Research at ICx.

Prior to joining ICx, Dr. Bryden was a program manager for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Dr. Bryden ran several high-profile programs that focused on revolutionizing the response to battlefield attacks by chemical and biological agents. He also previously worked on program development and management of emerging technological ventures at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab.
