MultiProbe Adds DigitConcept, Microelectronics + High-Tech Equipment Company to their Worldwide Network of Representatives

MultiProbe, the developer and manufacturer of the Atomic Force nano Prober (AFP), announces the addition of DigitConcept, Microelectronics + High-Tech Equipment Company, to their worldwide network of representatives. Effective immediately, Michael Obein, Technical Support Manager at DigitConcept, located in Guerville, France, will provide sales and support of the MultiProbe Atomic Force Prober (AFP) to semiconductor failure analysis facilities within Europe.
