Methode Electronics to Participate in ID Tech Printed Electronics USA 2012 Tradeshow

Methode Electronics, Inc. (Methode), a global designer and manufacturer of electro-mechanical devices and a leader in conductive inks for printed electronics, will exhibit at the ID Tech Printed Electronics USA 2012 tradeshow, Booth # G04, on December 5&6, 2012, at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, Calif.

Methode will be showcasing its nano particle silver and carbon inkjet conductive and resistive inks in functional printed electronic parts. Both are aqueous-based inks that can be used in thermal or piezo inkjet printing systems.

These inks do not require secondary curing or processing to achieve excellent adhesion and electrical conductivity on multiple, compatible substrates.

Methode takes a holistic approach to enabling customer needs for printed electronics by developing printing and processing solutions for a wide variety of substrates and applications. Methode also works with a variety of co-suppliers to ensure the success of its customers' product and manufacturing process.

Printed Electronics is one of the fastest growing technologies in the world. It is of vital interest to industries as diverse as consumer goods, healthcare, aerospace, electronics, media and transit, where the technology is allowing electronics to be used where it has never been before. This international tradeshow, with more than 120 exhibitors, covers all the technologies throughout the entire supply chain across all major component types.
