Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (CVAT) Berlin: (Stuttgart:WTC) announced today that the Desmet Ballestra Group, CTi's strategic partner since 2010 and licensee of the company's vegetable oil refining technology, has entered into a sales agreement with a soybean oil refinery in North America. This newly built refinery will process approximately 500 tons of soybean oil and Desmet projects that system will be fully installed and operational in 2015.
CTi anticipates approximately $350,000 in revenue from this sale to be received in the 2nd and 3rd fiscal quarters of 2015. With multiple installations in North and South America, this new order marks CTi's 12th system sale in a region that was the strongest for company's line of products in edible oil processing and refining.
