Advantest to Showcase Broad Product Portfolio at SEMICON Japan 2014

Leading semiconductor test equipment supplier Advantest Corporation will showcase its broad product portfolio, including its semiconductor test solutions, nanotechnology products, terahertz systems, CloudTesting™ Services, MEMS Relay technology and Advantest Finance, Inc. services at SEMICON Japan which will be held at the Tokyo Big Sight in Tokyo, Japan, December 3-5, 2014 in booth number 2508 in East hall 2.

Advantest will highlight its latest test solutions, including the EVA100 system for digital and analog test in design evaluation, characterization and production; the T6391 system for testing display driver semiconductors; the T2000 PMU32E module for parametric measurement of SoCs; and the TS9000 system for non-destructive mold thickness analysis of semiconductor packaging.

Other products to be featured in Advantest's exhibit include new modules for its V93000 SoC platform -- the PVI8 floating power source for testing high-voltage and high-current ICs and the Pin Scale Serial Link (PSSL) card for high-volume testing of ultra-fast SerDes applications. Advantest's new memory solutions, including its T5503HS for testing DDR4 and LPDDR4 devices and M6245 handler for testing advanced memories with fine pitches, will also be showcased in the booth.
