Four Axis Vacuum Compatible Gantry from H2W Technologies

In this video H2W Technologies introduces a fully vacuum compatible four axis positioning gantry. The brushless linear motor is used to drive XY axes of DR positioning stages. The θ axis worm gear stage is driven by rotary stepper motor under closed loop control system with an arc-segmented linear encoder. The linear motion in Z axis is achieved by using a voice coil positioning stage operating under closed loop position control. The stage includes a fully integrated four axis electronics package that allows each axis to operate under closed loop control.
