This video shows Opterra Multipoint Scanning Confocal Microscope from Bruker. This system integrates confocal imaging with photoactivation, allowing high-speed imaging of live cell and small organism preparations.

The microscope uses innovative features for wide-field imaging with minimum phototoxicity and photobleaching. It is ideal for advanced live sample analysis, including microtubule and vesicle dynamics, protein localization and trafficking, nuclear structure and dynamics, and intracellular ion imaging.
